Bananaman is the coolest superhero ever. For those that don't know, Bananaman was a 5ish minute British cartoon about Eric, "the school boy that leads an amazing double life. For when Eric eats a banana, an amazing transformation occurs! Eric IS Bananaman! Ever alert for the call to action!"

Some old TV show themes came on my playlist and I suddenly had the urge to draw characters from them. Bananaman came firist but I also want to do characters from Superted, Babar, Gargoyles, Cities of Gold, and Trapdoor.

Enjoy.

Incidentally, I don't really like bananas much. I don't like how their smell/taste takes over everything within range.

Bananaman originally appeared in a comic from the 1980's in the UK called Nutty, after the success of his strip the TV series was then made, after this Nutty sadly folded but Bananaman survived the merger with the Nutty and the Dandy and is still fighting bad guys, saving the day and being brainless in the Dandy as of today!
