Is is Dr. Odine or Doc (as in the name) Odine? Like, I know in the game it says Doc Odine, but is he a doctor at all? Doctor of some weird physics?

Whatever... Not like it really matters.

I like how this one came out! The pants are the best foldy pants I've ever done. I love doing minor characters. For some reason they're much more fun than the main ones.

He's a doctor, but he's just not very good at what he does...still, he really cracks me up! Silly, Doc Odine!
