I LOVE Team Rocket. They were the only reason I watched Pokemon. James was my favourite, and I especially liked it when he was all sulky. One of my favourite moments/lines of his was when Digletts were destroying the road on which TR were having a picnic, and he says, "Hmph! No tea party for me!" *sulk* :3 Jesse, too, had her moments, as did Meowth. Ahh, Team Rocket... you were way too cool for that show.
When I originally started doing these chibis I wasn't going to get into doing anime characters because there are just WAY too many, but there are a few that I *have* to do. Really, my focus is game/FF characters.
So yeah, chibi Team Rocket. (Aren't my chibi pokemon the coolest?
